DO I HAVE TO REGISTER?
No need to register, however at the checkout PayPal will require some information to help with postage and payment. If you do register and create an account with us, you will be able to log in and view your orders current status live and keep track of your purchases.
DO YOU CHARGE GST?
All of our product prices are already inclusive of all GST costs. GST (Goods and Services Tax) does not apply to international orders. GST also applies to Shipping & Handling costs as per the Australian Taxation Office.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Generally your order should arrive anywhere within three to ten working days. Please check the Australia Post
website for estimated times calculated by state.
I have changed my mind, can I exchange my item?
Yes of course! As long as your item has been unused, unopened and in its original packaging we are more than happy to exchange your item. You will incur additional shipping charges for replacement of a new product. Please contact us, prior to returning your item.
WHAT CURRENCY IS USED ON YOUR WEBSITE?
All prices are shown in Australian dollars unless you select a different currency from the drop down menu at the top of our site. We support AUD, NZD, USD, GBP and the EURO.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept VISA, MasterCard & American Express Credit Cards. We also accept payments through PayPal and a ZERO Interest payment plan option with AfterPay.
WHAT IS AFTERPAY AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
AfterPay is a credit facility that allows approved customers the option to pay for their goods across several payment instalments. Once approved, your order is shipped from Cahmilian within 1 business day, you then enter into a zero interest payment plan agreement with AfterPay. More details can be found here

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?
All orders are shipped within 24-48 (business hours) from purchase, excluding weekends and Australian Public Holidays. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on the Monday. Once your order has left us, you will receive a shipping confirmation in your inbox. Haven't received it? Please check your SPAM folder before contacting us and be sure to add our email address to your contacts to ensure you receive all our correspondence!
MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IS WRONG!
Once your order has been placed with us, you will receive an email confirmation including your billing and shipping address. Please review your order and make sure all your details are correct! If you have misspelled or entered the wrong address, please notify us immediately. When ordering, you must ensure your PayPal shipping address is up to date, we cannot be held responsible if the shipping address is incorrect, or not current. This is your responsibility so please check it. Any changes to your order, including incorrect shipping address may result in an additional shipping charges and small re-stocking fees (in cases where items are returned to us due to incorrect info).

IS THERE TRACKING DETAILS FOR MY ORDER?
Yes Australia Post provides you with a tracking number, proof that the article was sent, proof that the article was received. As soon as you order has been shipped you will receive a tracking email from us and AusPost
