    SHIPPING

    Orders are shipped daily Monday to Friday. (Excluding Australian National Public Holidays)Orders received before 12pm (Monday – Friday) will be dispatched the same business day. Any orders received after this time will be sent the next business day.

    Orders placed during busier sale periods may experience delays, we appreciate your patience during busier times.

    Shipping is FREE for Australian orders when you spend over $50 and a flat rate of $9.90 for orders under this value.

    Please note once an order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order due to the fast processes we have in place.

     All orders placed online will be shipped using Australia Post Service.

     Unfortunately, orders cannot be personally picked up or personally delivered.

    TRACKING YOUR ORDER

    Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. This will contain a link so you can track the progress of your order at any time. Please check your spam or trash folders if you haven’t received this email.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    All international parcels are shipped using Express Courier International with Australia Post and delivered by the local postal service once in the destination country.

    While every effort is made to process and ship your order efficiently and securely, International orders are shipped at your own risk. 

    Damaged items delivered through international shipping methods will not be replaced or refunded.  

    Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.

    We do not accept returns and exchange on international orders.

    New Zealand: - We charge a flat rate of $15.00 for New Zealand deliveries.  New Zealand deliveries are sent via Express Courier International which includes signature upon delivery and tracking.

    Rest of The World: - We charge a flat rate of $25.00 for International deliveries.  International deliveries are sent via Express Courier International which includes signature upon delivery and tracking.

    All customs and duties taxes which may be incurred are not the responsibility of Cahmilian. We are not responsible for customs clearance, delays or compliance. Please contact your local customs office to find out more if you have any concerns.

    RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

    Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind purchases. 

    Cahmilian will happily exchange products if a product is unopened, unused and in its original condition with plastic wrapping intact. The return must be requested within 10 days from the date the goods are delivered

    RETURNS SHIPPING COST

    You must pay the cost of shipping goods back to Cahmilian for a return.

    Cahmilian is not liable for any loss, damage or delay arising from, or in connection with, the transport and return of the goods to us.

    It is recommended to ship goods back to Cahmilian using Australia Post or an equivalent secure postal service and ensure a tracking number is provided. If tracking is not purchased, and a parcel being returned is delayed or lost, this is not the responsibility of Cahmilian and must be taken up directly with the chosen postal service provider.

    ONLINE RETURNS PROCEDURE

    If you return your items without prior consent you will not be reimbursed for your products you have returned and will need to cover the costs of having these items sent back to you.  Please contact us before sending your returns!

    You must also return the item/s along with a Returns Form.

    3. If you are exchanging one item for another, please double check the name, description and colour of the new item.
    4. For all exchanges, a self-addressed return satchel must be provided with your return or you may be charged $9.90 for the additional delivery.
    5. A return postage satchel must be included in your return if you are requesting an exchange for change of mind.
    6. Exchanges can only be granted once.

     

    GIFT VOUCHERS

    Cahmilian Gift Vouchers are available to purchase online. They cannot be returned and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

    Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

    CREDIT NOTES

    Cahmilian Credit Notes are issued online and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

    Credit Notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be used to purchase Gift Vouchers.
